About

I’m an Experience Architect & Creative Director shaping digital systems at the intersection of design, creativity, and business.

For nearly a decade, I’ve worked across UX, product, service design, and experience architecture—partnering with teams to bring clarity to complex products and organizations. My work is grounded in systems thinking, but guided by intuition, taste, and a deep respect for how people move through the world.

I’m often invited into moments of transition—when products need cohesion, when strategy needs form, or when vision needs a path forward. I help translate ambiguity into structure, aligning user experience, business intent, and creative direction into experiences that feel considered, coherent, and enduring.

My background spans enterprise and growth-stage environments, with collaborators including The Home Depot, UPS, W Hotels, Royal Caribbean, and Advent Health. An MBA informs how I approach design as a strategic lever—while my creative practice ensures the work never loses its humanity.

I believe good design is both rigorous and intuitive.
It holds space for beauty and function, logic and feeling.
The best systems don’t announce themselves—they simply work.

Rooted in my Jamaican and Cuban heritage, I bring a global sensibility to my work, shaped by travel, art, and conversations across disciplines. Outside of client work, I’m drawn to wellness, architecture, and cultural storytelling. Lately, I’ve been thinking about authorship, power, and longevity—currently reading Reimagining Design by Kevin Bethune and New Methods for Women by Sharmadeen Reid.
