The Architecture Advisory bank covers the hours we draw from as each phase needs them. They go toward:

• Setting the architecture — the jobs, roles, navigation, monetization, and the bounds

• Mapping the critical journeys and the system that holds them together

• Reviewing the design and build partners' work against that architecture, and naming the gaps before they reach the build

• Direction and decisions at the moments that shape the product

Additional work can be requested at any time and is drawn from the balance.

For first-time clients, a signed Service Agreement is required and will be sent for signature after purchase.

Hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
